Thank you for purchasing our Gift Vouchers.

Here’s a few important things to remember about The Skin Recovery Clinic Gift Vouchers that you have purchased.

1. Gift Vouchers are valid for a year from the date of purchase. The Gift Voucher expiration date will be stated on them and cannot be used after that date.

2. Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Please keep them safe.

3. Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.

4. If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the Gift Voucher(s), the difference can be made up by using any of our accepted payment methods. If it is less, then change cannot be given but the balance will be added to your account as a credit voucher. This credit voucher will have the same expiry date and will fall under the same terms & conditions as the original Gift Voucher.

5. Gift Vouchers can be used in conjunction with other treatment offers we are running.

6. Gift Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without our consent. If we do give our consent then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event you may not sell the Gift Vouchers through the internet without our express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale. We reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of Gift Vouchers by you to a third party.

7. Our Gift Vouchers are valid to use against any of our treatments and any of the skincare products we hold within the clinic. They cannot be used against any products that need to be ordered online or via our skincare product partners.

1. Prize Vouchers are physically the same as our Gift Vouchers, however they are vouchers that have been gifted or won as prizes run by third party charities and organisations. The Skin Recovery Clinic takes no responsibility for the way that theses third party charities and organisations run there competitions or fundraising events. If you have any issues relating to these competitions or events then please contact the organisation(s) concerned.
